All
sponsorships will last for two years.
1.
Naming on
the front of an Option1 / Competitive team - Would have name on uniforms for two
years at which time the uniforms will be replaced. Only Gold
sponsorship.
2.
Banner(s)
with Sponsors Names / Logos - Depending on the level of sponsorship relates to
the size on the banner(s). New banner(s) every two years. This
should be moveable to follow the fall game locations and then go to indoor arena
for the remainder of the year. Sizes will increase with sponsorship
level.
3.
IMYSA
Handbook Advertisement - Printed every two years to keep cost down and update
sponsorships. Again, size of ad will be dependent on level of
sponsorship. ½ page ad for Gold, ¼ page ad for Silver, line item mention
for Bronze.
4.
IMYSA
Communication Template - All sponsors are mentioned on all
correspondence.
5.
Web Site
Advertisement - As previously mentioned, the size would be dependent on
sponsorship level. Web links for Gold and Silver and mention on the page
for Bronze.
